| When Mac Manus was studying design at the NCAD he developed a series of clocks and boxes made in wood and precious metals that won him the Graduate Designer of the Year Award 1995 and a permanent place in the National Museum of Ireland Contemporary Silver Collection. These works were simple animated geometric forms executed with the finest craftsmanship, which he would later show in his sculptural work. | |
